We may own additional trademarks, logos, slogans, product names, or service names that are not listed here. The absence of a particular name, logo, or mark from this list does not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
All other trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.
General Principles for Using Our Trademarks
You may use our trademarks:
Truthfully and accurately, to refer to our products and services.
With proper attribution, such as:
“PaymentEvolution” and “PayChequer” are trademarks of PaymentEvolution Corporation.
In a manner that does not confuse users about whether your product, service, website, or company is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by PaymentEvolution (unless we have expressly agreed in writing).
You may not use our trademarks in a way that:
Suggests a partnership, endorsement, or official relationship where none exists.
Misrepresents your relationship with PaymentEvolution.
Disparages PaymentEvolution or is misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.
Is likely to cause confusion between your offerings and PaymentEvolution’s Services.
If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, please contact us for clarification before proceeding.
Use by Partners, Resellers, and Developers
If you are an approved partner, reseller, or developer:
Your use of our trademarks may be governed by a separate written agreement (for example, a reseller agreement, partner program, or API terms).
In the event of any conflict between that agreement and this Trademark Policy, the written agreement controls for your specific program participation.
Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not:
Co-brand your products or services using PaymentEvolution trademarks in a way that suggests a joint product or company.
Create logos or marks that look confusingly similar to any PaymentEvolution mark.
Include PaymentEvolution marks in your company name, product name, domain name, social media handle, or app name.
Logo and Brand Asset Usage
Our logos, icons, screenshots, and other visual assets are protected by trademark and copyright law.
You must not:
Modify, distort, recolor, or combine our logos with other elements in a way that changes their appearance.
Place our logos in such a way that they appear to be part of your own logo or brand identity.
Use our logos as the primary branding element on your website, app, or marketing materials unless we have explicitly authorized this in writing.
We may provide specific logo files and usage guidelines to partners and media organizations. If you have access to those assets, you must follow the accompanying brand guidelines.
Downloadable Materials and License Terms
From time to time, PaymentEvolution may make materials available for download, including:
Logos, icons, and brand assets
Product images, screenshots, or UI mockups
Text snippets, badges, or “powered by PaymentEvolution” marks
These materials are provided under a limited, revocable license, subject to:
Scope of Use
You may only use the materials as expressly authorized by PaymentEvolution, for the purposes of promoting or referencing our Services in a truthful, non-misleading way.
You may not sell, alter, modify, sublicense, or redistribute these assets except as permitted in writing.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the materials remain with PaymentEvolution.
Your use does not grant you any ownership rights in our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials.
Revocation
PaymentEvolution reserves the right to revoke your authorization to use our materials at any time, for any reason.
Upon revocation, you must promptly cease all use of the materials and remove them from your websites, apps, and marketing materials.
Prohibited Uses (Examples)
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
Use “PaymentEvolution,” “PayChequer,” “Why pay to pay?”, or any similar mark in your company name, product name, domain name, or handle (e.g., “PayChequerServices.com,” “@PayEvolutionHR”).
Create or use logos or designs that are confusingly similar to PaymentEvolution’s marks.
Imply that PaymentEvolution sponsors, endorses, or guarantees your product, service, or business if this is not the case.
Use our marks in a way that is defamatory, obscene, misleading, or otherwise unlawful.
Use our marks in connection with products or services that compete with PaymentEvolution in a manner likely to cause confusion.
These examples are illustrative, not exhaustive. If in doubt, please ask.
